Only incorrect or damaged items are eligible for Return / Exchange.

• Return & Exchange Request must be placed within 2 days of order being delivered.
• Items must be in their original condition with their labels/tags intact.
• We issue a store credit against all returns.
• Store credit is valid for a 1-year period from the date of issue.
• ⁠Reverse pickup shipping fee Rs.199/- will be charged for return & exchange.
• ⁠No returns/exchanges on sale items.
• For Missing or damaged item ,we will need photographs & video of the item(s) and the delivery parcel it was received in
• Our customer care team will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution

Cancellation Policy

• We accept cancellations against full refund or store credit as long as the order has not been shipped
• We are unable to accept any cancellation requests once the order has been shipped
